Job summary

Helmerich & Payne, Inc. seeks a Supervisor, HR Support Center to lead a global HRIS support team (US and India). You will provide advanced functional expertise across HR systems, troubleshoot complex issues, and drive process improvements while ensuring data integrity and consistent service delivery.

You will develop training materials, monitor service metrics, and partner with HR, Payroll, IT, and business leaders to support a worldwide workforce.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive HR experience.
• 3–5 years of Workday experience.
• 2 years of people leadership experience.
• Experience coordinating global HR operations and support.
• Certifications such as SHRM-CP/SCP, PHR/SPHR preferred.
• Experience partnering with Field Operations, IT, Payroll, Finance, vendors.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the global HRIS functional expert and escalation point.
• Troubleshoot data/workflow issues with HR, Payroll, IT, and vendors.
• Develop and deliver HRIS training, guides, and job aids.
• Lead HRIS adoption initiatives and improve system utilization.
• Maintain data integrity through audits and validation processes.
• Support implementations, testing, upgrades, releases, and enhancements.
• Analyze HR processes and propose efficiency improvements.
• Develop and report HR Support Center service metrics and trends.
• Manage a global HR support team (US and India) with coaching and priority planning.
• Establish service standards and timely resolution of inquiries.
• Support employee relations and other HR Generalist activities.
• Partner with HR Business Partners to address workforce needs.
• Ensure compliance with laws, policies, and data privacy.
• Lead cross-functional projects for HR transformation.
