Capital One's Global Workplace Services team in McLean, VA is seeking a Real Estate Transaction Manager to lead end-to-end portfolio transactions worldwide, including acquisitions, dispositions, extensions, rightsizing, and expansions.

You will partner with outsourced brokerage, drive deal velocity, and support lease administration and financial controls. Strong communication and negotiation skills are essential.

Formación

• 4+ years in corporate real estate transaction management or CRE brokerage
• Experience with third‑party brokerage providers (e.g., JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield)
• Experience with MS Office or Google Suite

Responsabilidades

• Lead the execution of global portfolio transactions including acquisitions, dispositions, extensions, rightsizing, and in-building expansions
• Direct day‑to‑day broker activity and lead weekly transaction pipeline calls to enforce deal milestones, SLA compliance, commission structures, and negotiation parameters
• Structure, evaluate, and negotiate LOIs, lease agreements, amendments, and sublease documents in alignment with corporate standards
• Partner with internal stakeholders to translate operational needs into actionable real estate strategies
• Monitor portfolio critical dates in coordination with Lease Administration to initiate deal strategies 12‑24 months in advance
• Investigate root causes of deal bottlenecks or landlord impasses, presenting clear trade‑offs and creative options to achieve business goals
