Responsibilities

• Lead execution of global portfolio transactions (acquisitions, dispositions, extensions).
• Direct broker activity and manage transaction pipelines.
• Structure and negotiate LOIs, leases, amendments, and sublease documents.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on real estate strategies.
• Monitor critical dates and coordinate with Lease Administration.
• Assess market surveys and financial analyses.
