Cushman & Wakefield in the United States is seeking a Senior Transaction Manager to lead day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties for national/global clients. You will develop client relationships, coordinate negotiations, and ensure accuracy of financial data and reporting.

Qualifications include 6+ years in real estate transactions, a BA/BS, and a state real estate salesperson license; LEED/CCIM/MCR are a plus. This role offers competitive benefits and compensation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required; finance/real estate preferred.
• 6+ years of real estate experience in transactions management.
• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license; LEED, CCIM/MCR a plus.

Responsibilities
