Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Coordinator to support a global portfolio of real estate locations. You will provide client-focused service, track critical deadlines, and assist with preparing documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, and subleases.

Responsibilities include coordinating brokers, drafting summaries, coordinating financial analysis, and generating reporting for management and clients. This is an on-site role in the St.

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and coordinate brokers.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and market information for presentations.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers.
• Support transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Draft and process RFPs and LOIs; coordinate financial analysis; input commission data.
