Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a distributed portfolio across the world, with remote or hybrid work options.

You will coordinate transactions, track lease expirations, and prepare documentation for the transaction management team. Responsibilities include preparing negotiation summaries, gathering market data, coordinating financial analyses, drafting RFPs and LOIs, and maintaining accurate transaction records in the internal systems.

Qualifications

• Must hold a state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (leases, purchase agreements, subleases, SNDA, estoppel, assignments).
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties (brokers).
• Support transactions team with documentation for the transaction management process (new leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options).
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and market information from research and brokers.
• Assist in preparing market/demographic information for presentations.
• Coordinate financial analyses.
• Draft and process RFPs and LOIs.
• Draft and process all service or initiation documents and engagement letters.
• Facilitate commission invoicing and input into revenue system.
• Assist with reporting: closing/value-add reports, KPI tracking, portfolio reporting.
