Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a dispersed real estate portfolio worldwide. The role allows remote or hybrid work arrangements and requires strong transactional coordination across leases, renewals, purchases, and subleases.

Ideal candidates will hold a state real estate salesperson license and have 2+ years of experience in transaction management or corporate real estate, with proven ability to manage brokers and client communications.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (lease, purchase & sale, sublease, SNDA, estoppel, assignment, etc.).
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, i.e. Brokers.
• Provide support to the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and real estate market information from research and brokers.
• Coordinate financial analysis.
• Draft and process all requests for service or client initiation documents.
