Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is hiring a Sr. Transaction Coordinator who can work remotely or in a hybrid setting in Nashville, TN. The role supports a global real estate portfolio and coordinates leases, renewals, purchases, and related documents.

The candidate will track critical dates, prepare summaries and matrices, and manage communications with brokers and clients while ensuring accuracy in reporting and documentation.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Must obtain and hold a state real estate salesperson license.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents (leases, purchase/sale agreements, SNDA, estoppel, assignment etc.)

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, e.g. Brokers.
• Support the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries/RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and market information from research and brokers.
• Assist in preparation of market and demographic information for presentations and meetings.
• Coordinate financial analysis.
• Draft and process RFPs and LOIs.
• Draft and process client initiation documents and broker/agent engagement letters.
• Facilitate commission invoicing and input into revenue systems.
• Assist with reporting: portfolio reporting, KPI tracking, TM tech updates.
