Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Transaction Associate Manager to oversee day-to-day transaction management for a portfolio of properties for national/global corporate clients. You will monitor workflows, coordinate brokers, review financials, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

Responsibilities include developing standard forms, implementing processes, mentoring the Transaction Coordinator, and supporting client meetings.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of real estate experience in transactions management or corporate real estate
• Bachelor’s degree (BA/BS) required in any field; finance/real estate preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist with portfolio plans that align with client real estate goals
• Collaborate with brokers to negotiate terms for lease, sale, sublease and purchase
• Manage flow of key documentation and client communications
• Review and interpret financial analyses
• Oversee revenue tracking and keep transaction reports accurate
• Present transaction activity to clients and lead client meetings
• Mentor and/or supervise transactional team members
• Develop standard forms and procedures to improve efficiency
• Coordinate field broker selection and client site visits
• Ensure compliance with state real estate standards
