Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to support a dispersed portfolio of real estate locations. The role is remote or hybrid, coordinating documentation, client service, and transaction logistics for the transactions team.

The ideal candidate holds a state broker license and has 2+ years of real estate transaction experience, with strong ability to read lease and purchase agreements and to prepare summaries and analyses. Compensation aligns with industry ranges.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and hold state real estate salesperson license.
• 2+ years real estate experience in transaction management or corporate real estate.
• Ability to read and understand commercial real estate transaction documents, such as a lease, purchase & sale agreement, sublease agreement, SNDA, estoppel, assignment agreement, etc.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service at all levels, internally and externally.
• Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical dates.
• Manage smaller transactions and associated parties, e.g., brokers.
• Support the transactions team with documentation for leases, renewals, purchases, sales, subleases, options, etc.
• Prepare negotiation summaries and RFP comparison matrices.
• Gather data and market information from research and brokers.
• Coordinate financial analysis and assist in market/demographic presentations.
