Job summary

Cushman & Wakefield is seeking a Sr. Transaction Coordinator to manage complex real estate transactions across North America and Latin America.

The role partners with Transaction Managers, brokerage teams, and clients to coordinate activities, track data, and ensure governance and reporting standards. The ideal candidate has strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills, with 3–5+ years in related roles and proficiency in Excel, Power BI, Tableau, and Smartsheet.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in Real Estate, Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or related field.
• 3–5+ years of experience supporting commercial real estate transactions or related disciplines.
• Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and reporting platforms such as Smartsheet, CoStar, Power BI, Tableau, or similar systems.

Responsibilities

• Support lease renewals, expansions, relocations, dispositions, acquisitions, and flexible workplace transactions throughout the Americas region.
• Coordinate transaction activities from initiation through closeout, ensuring adherence to client requirements and milestones.
• Prepare, review, and maintain transaction documentation including engagement letters, lease summaries, and commission agreements.
• Monitor critical dates, milestones, and obligations across the portfolio.
• Facilitate execution and distribution of legal and transaction documents while maintaining complete records.
