Job summary

Day to day, you will lead projects from inception to completion, manage budgets and risks, coordinate with stakeholders, mentor teams, and apply quality controls to meet client expectations

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• 4-6 years of experience in project management, preferably in real estate or construction.
• Proficiency in project management software.
• Strong knowledge of project management principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to lead and motivate project teams.
• Excellent organizational skills with ability to manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Deliver projects from inception to completion with high quality, on time and within budget.
• Build strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and team members for effective collaboration.
• Lead and motivate project teams to achieve peak performance.
• Develop and monitor comprehensive project plans, track progress and mitigate risks.
• Track budgets and costs, ensuring adherence to constraints and providing forecasts.
• Implement robust quality control to meet client expectations and standards.
• Identify and drive opportunities for continuous process and project management improvements.
