Job summary

eXp Global is seeking a Global Operations Manager to help build the operations processes and programs required to support our business outside of the United States. This role collaborates across departments to document processes, assess needs of agents abroad, and deliver solutions for continuity and consistency.

You will work with country brokers to coordinate launches, develop long‑term plans for initiatives like Agent Teams and Global Partnerships, and act as the main contact when multiple

Qualifications

• BA/ BS or equivalent experience preferred, not required.
• Experience in the real estate industry strongly preferred.
• 5–10 years customer service and operations, project management or related experience.
• Multilingual candidates preferred.
• Advanced Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Work with new country brokers to organize launches with legal, marketing, finance, operations and other departments.
• Create long and short term plans for initiatives like Global Partnerships and Agent Teams.
• Serve as contact point for teams when multiple units share projects.
• Communicate with leadership to align projects with global goals.
• Work with Country Leads to understand needs for Global Programs.
