Expeditors is a global logistics company seeking a Property Management Lead to oversee owned sites worldwide, manage space planning, and direct global build-out projects. You will guide budgets, vendor relations, and CAM expense audits while driving workforce planning and real estate consolidation strategies.

You will lead cross-functional teams across regions, ensure governance of project budgets, and optimize space utilization for office and industrial assets.

• Skilled at managing multiple renovation/build-out concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of project cash flow budgeting and capex budgeting.

Responsibilities

• Oversee property management for owned sites globally.
• Facilitate and manage workplace space planning and build out projects for global sites.
• Oversee global project workflow, budgets and costs.
• Operate at both strategic and tactical property management levels.
• Review and implement best practices for CAM expenses of owned and leased facilities.
• Lead internal and external teams on workforce planning methodologies and data sources.
• Oversee tenant improvement and interior build-out construction projects globally.
• Apply performance management, reporting and budget management techniques.
• Establish project governance, processes, and systems for project budgets and capex budgets.
• Support real estate consolidation, space utilization, relocations and market growth initiatives.
