A global organization is seeking a Global Process Owner for General Accounting to lead strategy and governance of end-to-end Record to Report processes. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's in Accounting or Finance, at least 10 years in finance operations, and a strong grasp of the RTR lifecycle. Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in finance operations, process ownership, or ERP transformation.
• 5+ years in a leadership capacity driving global process execution or cross-functional initiatives.
• Strong understanding of the full RTR lifecycle, including close, journal entries, consolidation, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with SAP (S/4HANA preferred) or comparable ERP platforms.
• Experience leading multiple process initiatives focused on automation and standardization.

Responsibilities

• Own global process design, governance, and continuous improvement for key General Accounting activities.
• Lead initiatives tied to finance technology enablement and automation.
• Define future-state processes and global templates that promote standard ways of working.
• Serve as the Finance liaison for SAP S/4HANA enablement.
• Establish and monitor KPIs that measure process performance and compliance.
