Job summary

Bristol Myers Squibb in Princeton, NJ, seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Record to Report Global Process Owner (GPO). You will support process standardization, governance, and technology-enabled transformation across global R2R.

The role partners with Finance, IT, Hyderabad Capability Center, and external providers to drive continuous improvement, controls, and performance metrics, with travel less than 5%.

Qualifications

• Minimum education of a bachelor’s degree is required.
• Minimum of two (2) to four (4) years of experience in accounting, financial reporting, finance transformation, or related special projects.
• Experience supporting Record to Report and/or Controllership processes preferred.
• Finance experience within the pharmaceutical or life sciences industry preferred.
• Foundational knowledge of Record to Report and Controllership processes.
• Working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA and R2R process architecture.
• Travel: Less than 5%.

Responsibilities

• Support global process standardization and optimization across Record to Report, leveraging technology and digitization.
• Partner with Finance, IT, and stakeholders to identify and execute improvement opportunities.
• Support end-to-end process design initiatives across the Record to Report cycle.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve cycle times, and increase efficiency.
• Track continuous improvement initiatives and benefits realization.
• Help monitor R2R-related issues and escalations and facilitate timely resolution.
• Support adherence to internal policies, control requirements, and external regulations.
• Monitor performance and translate insights into operational improvements.
• Coordinate global R2R activities with Hyderabad Capability Center and service providers.
