Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Process Owner for Record to Report to advance standardization, controls, and performance across global R2R processes. The role collaborates with Finance, IT, and external providers to drive automation and scalable finance transformations.

Ideal candidates bring strong analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, and experience in R2R within pharma or life sciences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in accounting, financial reporting, finance transformation, or related projects.
• Experience with Record to Report and/or Controllership preferred.
• Pharma/life sciences finance experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Support global process standardization and optimization across Record to Report.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Hyderabad Capability Center and service providers to drive improvements.
• Assist end-to-end process design in the R2R cycle.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity and improve cycle times.
• Monitor initiatives, milestones, and benefits realization.
