Bristol Myers Squibb in Tampa, FL seeks a Senior Financial Analyst, Global Process Owner for Record to Report to lead process standardization and governance across R2R. You will partner with Finance, IT, Hyderabad Capability Center, and external providers to drive efficiency and strengthen controls while enabling technology-enabled transformation.

Travel is less than 5%. This role offers exposure to a global finance organization with opportunities to design scalable, well-controlled processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 2–4 years in accounting/financial reporting or related projects; pharma/biotech experience preferred.
• Knowledge of Record to Report (R2R) and controllership processes; SAP S/4HANA familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Support global process standardization and optimization across Record to Report using technology, automation, and digitization.
• Partner with Finance, IT, Hyderabad Capability Center, and external providers to drive improvements.
• Support end-to-end process design initiatives across the R2R cycle.
• Identify opportunities to reduce complexity, improve cycle times, increase efficiency, and realize value.
• Track improvements, milestones, outcomes, and benefits realization.
