Job summary

Avetix TIC is seeking a Head of Global Record-to-Report, Business Services to lead the R2R function on a fully remote basis within the United States. You will own R2R performance worldwide, including close, reconciliations, controls, and the transactional aspects of tax, treasury, and FP&A.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in process operations or service delivery leadership.
• 7+ years managing people.
• Deep R2R knowledge: close, GL reconciliations, allocations, FX revaluation, fixed assets, intercompany, controls.

Responsibilities

• Run the service relationship with senior finance leaders and set delivery commitments.
• Take ownership when close, reconciliations or controls go wrong and drive fixes.
• Manage the BPO partner end to end: SLAs, performance reviews, and terms.
