Xplor Technologies is seeking a leader for the end-to-end Record to Report (R2R) process in a dynamic, remote-enabled environment. You will own the close calendar, reconciliations, journals, intercompany, and fixed assets while defending technical accounting positions on complex transactions.

You will design and drive policy ownership for revenue, leases, business combinations, impairment, and consolidation, and oversee year-end audits and tax compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience owning end-to-end R2R processes.
• Strong knowledge of balance sheet reconciliations, journals, and intercompany accounting.
• Experience leading remote, multi-location teams.
• Proven ability to lead year-end audits and statutory filings.
• Familiarity with SOX controls and tax compliance.

Responsabilités

• Own the end-to-end R2R process, ensuring complete, accurate accounts delivered within Group reporting deadlines.
• Manage the close calendar, balance sheet reconciliations, journals, intercompany, and fixed asset accounting.
• Act as the go-to for technical accounting, forming and defending positions on complex transactions.
• Lead policy ownership across revenue, leases, business combinations, impairment, and consolidation.
• Design and maintain the control framework over R2R with a strong controls bias, including SOX where applicable.
• Lead year-end audits, statutory filings, and tax compliance across all jurisdictions.
• Lead, coach, and develop a remote, multi-location R2R team with clear goals and ownership.
