Job summary

Envista is seeking a Director of Global Delivery for Record-to-Report (R2R) to oversee end-to-end R2R operations across Brea, CA and Prague. The role requires ensuring accurate, compliant, and efficient close processes, reconciliations, and financial reporting with strong KPI performance.

The ideal candidate will have 15+ years in finance operations, multinational experience, and a track record of finance transformation. This is a non-hybrid, onsite role with coordination across global hubs.

Qualifications

• Breadth of experience leading finance operations or GPO model in multinational settings.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP, internal controls, and SOX requirements.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process redesign, and system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead global delivery teams for R2R ensuring adherence to standards, SLAs, and KPIs.
• Drive continuous improvement, digitalization, and standardization across the R2R process.
• Collaborate with GPOs, FP&A, Controllership, IT, and regional teams for aligned execution.
