Job summary

Versant Media is seeking a Vice President, Global Record to Report based in Orlando, FL, to lead the company's R2R function for a newly independent, public company. You will shape the future-state accounting operations, manage internal and external reporting, and oversee onshore/offshore delivery with a focus on scalable, controlled processes.

You will partner with Controllership, Finance, Risk & Compliance, Internal/External Audit, Treasury, and Technology to standardize and transform R2R

Qualifications

• SOX-compliant, audit-ready R2R processes and governance.
• Experience partnering with Controllership, Finance, Risk, Internal Audit and External Audit.
• Executive leadership of global accounting operations and transformations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the global R2R function and set strategic direction across Versant.
• Oversee end-to-end R2R operations including journal entries, reconciliations, and close coordination.
• Drive ERP modernization, automation, and centralization of accounting activities.
• Govern outsourced and offshore R2R delivery with KPIs, SLAs, and governance forums.
• Ensure SOX controls, policies, and documentation across the R2R function.
