Job summary

Bausch + Lomb is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join the R&D Global Portfolio and Project Management team. You will lead cross-functional teams to translate customer needs into product requirements, develop project valuations, plan for global registration and launch, and define scope, budgets, timelines, and risk strategies.

In addition to program oversight, you may mentor GPPM staff and contribute to strategic initiatives across the broader R&D organization, ensuring alignment with SOPs,

Qualifications

• BS/BA in Science or Engineering; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in Medical Device/Pharma industries; 3-5 years in R&D Project Management.
• PMP certification a plus; Agile methodologies preferred for software projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional teams to develop and execute global product development strategies.
• Define project scope, timelines, budgets, and risk management strategies.
• Ensure regulatory strategy, launch planning, IP strategy and governance alignment.
• Maintain data in GPPM systems and deliver timely reports to support decision-making.
• Mentor GPPM staff and contribute to strategic initiatives across R&D.
