You will guide a portfolio of development projects across business verticals, oversee governance, and translate customer needs into product requirements while planning global registrations and launches.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of Medical Device/Pharma industry experience.
• 10+ years in R&D project management and leadership.
• PMP certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of project managers and coordinators to ensure successful execution of projects and programs.
• Serve on the Project Management Leadership Team and contribute to governance and standards development.
• Oversee portfolio strategy including scope, budget, resources, timelines, risk management, and launch planning.
• Mentor GPPM staff and drive strategic initiatives across R&D.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory, GMP, and SOP requirements.
