Job summary

Celestica Inc. in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Senior Consultant, Global Quality with 20+ years in engineering and manufacturing to lead quality initiatives across global sites. You will guide DFМ/NPD, support RCCA via 8D, and drive KPI improvements in RFPY, OBA, RMA, and DPQL while engaging customers on advanced technology topics.

You will also lead audits, cooperate with quality teams, and mentor SMEs to strengthen process capability and continuous improvement across the organization.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in using PFMEA, PMP, SPC, PPAP, FAI, 8D.
• Knowledge of AS 9100, ISO 9001, ISO 13485 and IPC, IPC-610 standards.
• Experience engaging customers to define technical requirements and resolve quality issues.

Responsibilities

• Engage customers on topics of new technology related to Network and Compute system assembly & integrated liquid cooling.
• Provide technical guidance in Design for Manufacturing (DFM) & New Product Development (NPD).
• Lead customer audits from the Technical Support perspective.
• Work with the Quality teams on RCCA via 8D methodology.
• Support on-site and off-site customer qualification activities.
• Guide the creation of the quality control plan.
• Engage with customers and the organization to drive continuous improvement in KPI performance (RFPY, OBA, RMA, DPQL).
• Engage in process/product/system/supplier audits and improvement actions follow up.
