Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Knowledge of ISO and IPC standards and quality systems.
• 4–6 years in a similar quality role or industry.

Responsibilities

• Lead the team to handle quality excursions independently and take timely actions.
• Oversee product and material quality from NPI to mass production.
• Develop the quality control plan for material, process, and product.
• Monitor and report quality KPIs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Drive continuous improvement to benefit customers, Celestica and suppliers.
• Coach junior quality staff and participate in quality strategy deployment.
• Lead audits and follow up on EC/PCN changes; apply ISO and IPC standards.
