Job summary

You will lead task forces, provide training, and drive data-driven quality improvements to ensure customer satisfaction, on-time delivery, and robust quality performance.

Qualifications

• Develop and maintain quality system procedures and workmanship standards.
• Define the protocol on process and product to solve the problem (FMEA,8D,CCB,ISO).
• Provide trainings, guidance and decision making for the team.
• Explore advance technology & methodology to strengthen process and product quality control.
• Lead the task force teams to overcome challenges from product, material and process.
