You will drive proactive quality deployment, perform root-cause analyses, and guide teams to prevent defects and improve product launch quality within the New Product Introduction framework and manufacturing network.

Qualifications

• Requires degree in engineering or related field and leadership experience.
• Experience with APQP and DFMEA is preferred.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a global matrix organization.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead project scope focused on proactive quality improvement, addressing systemic defects and opportunities to prevent defects.
• Drive proactive quality deployment across New Product Introduction programs with risk assessment and cross-functional engagement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, perform root cause analysis, and initiate corrective actions.
• Coordinate resources across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and product support to execute worldwide quality initiatives.
• Oversee project progress and quality metrics; communicate status and risks to stakeholders.
• Direct project staffing; coach and motivate cross-functional teams to deliver improvements.
