Caterpillar’s Electric Power Division (EPD) seeks a leader to drive and further develop our Power Solutions Network (PSN). This role focuses on strategic quality planning, onboarding suppliers, and managing quality across global teams to deliver high-quality units.

Travel and cross-cultural leadership are key components. The ideal candidate has a strong technical background in quality or manufacturing engineering and extensive experience applying global quality standards to implement robust

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain or related degree.
• Extensive knowledge of decision-making tools and techniques to make informed judgments.
• Proven ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
• Strong planning, organizing, and resource management capabilities.
• Deep knowledge of Quality Management Systems (QMS) and how to apply them.
• Excellent relationship management to work with clients, vendors, and peers.
• Strategic thinking to align quality initiatives with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance processes ensuring compliance with standards and regulations.
• Communicate adherence to client requirements and product specifications to achieve high customer satisfaction.
• Recruit, develop, and lead staff while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.
• Manage internal and external quality audits and drive corrective actions across global teams.
