You will manage supplier onboarding, development, and quality processes from inbound to pre-delivery inspection, leveraging QMS and cross-cultural collaboration. The role requires a strong technical background, leadership across time zones, and experience with ISO standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical or Manufacturing engineering, Quality Management, Supply Chain or related degree.
• Ability to lead across cultures and time zones.
• Experience with global quality standards and applying them internally.
• Strong influencing, planning, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, monitor, and optimize quality assurance processes.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Recruit, develop, and lead staff; promote a culture of continuous improvement.
