Job summary

You will drive proactive quality deployment, analyze data, lead root cause actions, and coordinate resources to deliver measurable quality improvements in NPI programs and across product groups. Domestic relocation assistance is available and travel up to 25% may be required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead project scope focused on proactive quality improvement and defect prevention.
• Drive proactive quality deployment across New Product Introduction programs with risk assessment and cross-functional engagement.
• Analyze quality data to identify trends, perform root-ccause analysis, and implement corrective actions across facilities, suppliers, and partners.
• Coordinate resources across product development, manufacturing, supply chain, and product support to execute worldwide quality initiatives.
• Oversee project progress and quality metrics; communicate status and risks to stakeholders; align on priorities.
• Direct project staffing; coach cross-functional teams to deliver proactive quality strategies and measurable improvements.
