Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies is seeking an Assistant Manager, Global Product Development to support innovative beauty products from concept to launch. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and external vendors to ensure timelines, quality, and business objectives are met.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Cosmetic Science, Chemistry, Biology, Marketing, Business, or related field.
• 2-4 years of experience in Product Development, Product Marketing, or a related beauty industry function.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end product development across multiple product categories.
• Manage project timelines, critical paths, and key deliverables for timely execution.
• Coordinate formula submissions, product evaluations, shade reviews, testing and approval processes.
• Maintain project documentation, product specifications, and development records.
• Assist with sample management, tracking and distribution.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Packaging Development, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory, Quality, and Operations to support launches.
• Coordinate communication between internal teams and external vendors, laboratories, and manufacturers.
• Prepare development updates and materials for milestone meetings.
