The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. is seeking a senior professional to lead the global QA and R&D policy/program development. You will manage policy/procedure documentation, drive training programs, and supervise technical writing to ensure regulatory compliance across regions.

You will oversee the Open Text documentation system, coordinate with QA/R&D leadership, and implement a strategy that supports a strong quality reputation while maintaining efficient document control.

Qualifications

• Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word).
• Templates, macros and styles knowledge.
• Detail-oriented with high document volume in fast-paced environment.
• Highly organized and process-oriented.
• Excellent oral/written communication; ability to influence at all levels.
• Able to handle multiple requests and document activity with attention to detail.
• Independent and team-oriented work style.
• Focus on precise processes and successful completion.
• Experience in documentation review, control, retention and maintenance.
• 10 years in Quality Systems Management and implementation, preferably in regulated industry.

Responsabilités

• Lead development and maintenance of global QA policies/procedures across QA, Supply Chain and R&D.
• Collaborate with QA/R&D senior management to align with best practices and regulatory requirements.
• Lead periodic policy/procedure review and ensure current applicability.
• Develop and implement document collaboration, review, editing and approval processes.
• Develop a 2–3 year global policy/procedure strategy and annual development plan.
