Job summary

The Estée Lauder Companies seeks a senior leader to oversee global QA policies and procedures for OTC and cosmetics, spanning QA, Supply Chain, and R&D. You will drive regulatory compliance, change control, and documentation management across the globe.

You will lead policy development, training programs, and a two-to-three-year strategy, while directing the OpenText documentation system and a technical writer to ensure accuracy and compliance.

Qualifications

• Advanced level MS Office skills (particularly MS Word) and DTP software.
• Templates, macros and styles knowledge.
• Detail-oriented in a high-volume, fast-paced document environment.
• Highly organized and process-oriented with strong communication.
• Ability to interact and influence at all levels of the organization.
• Experience in Quality Systems Management and documentation in regulated industries.
• Minimum education BS/MS.

Responsibilities

• Lead development and maintenance of global QA policies/procedures across QA, Supply Chain, and R&D.
• Collaborate with QA/R&D senior management to meet regulatory requirements.
• Oversee periodic policy review to stay current with regulations.
• Develop document collaboration processes for review, editing and approval.
• Lead 2–3 year global policy/procedure strategy and yearly development plans.
• Develop and maintain a global QA/R&D training program and ensure training records.
• Manage Open Text documentation system including routing, change control and retention.
• Oversee Open Text security, access, and upgrades.
• Directly supervise the Technical Writer to support policy/document programs.
