Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and optimizing products or manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years in quality leadership, leading cross-functional initiatives.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems, ISO 9001 and related standards.
• Strong communication skills with global teams and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global quality strategy aligned to business objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the Quality System and Reliability Program.
• Define department quality deployment plan with targets, resources, and improvements.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to embed quality from design to service.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Manage customer defect tracking, containment, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop quality KPIs, dashboards, and data analytics to drive decisions and improvements.
• Collaborate with suppliers and operations to strengthen supplier quality management.
• Plan and support internal and external audits and verify closure of corrective actions.
• Lead and develop quality professionals, fostering accountability and continuous improvement.
