Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Director of Global Quality to shape and execute the global quality strategy for fueling solutions. You will lead the reliability system deployment, manage KPIs, and collaborate with Product Management, Engineering, and Manufacturing to embed quality from design through end of life.

You will travel up to 50% and influence across the product lifecycle and global manufacturing footprint, ensuring compliance and excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years in a technical role designing and optimizing products/manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years in a quality management leadership role with cross-functional influence.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.

Responsabilités

• Develop and execute a focused global quality strategy aligned to business objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the Vontier Reliability System.
• Define and manage department-level quality deployment plans with targets and resources.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to embed quality from design to end of life.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance and adherence to regulatory and customer requirements.
• Lead defect tracking, containment, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop KPIs, dashboards, and data analytics to monitor quality performance.
• Strengthen supplier quality management and performance improvement.
• Plan internal and external audits and verify corrective actions.
• Develop quality professionals and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Provide insights and status updates to senior leadership.
