Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years of experience designing and optimizing products and/or manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years of experience in a quality leadership role with cross-functional impact.
• In-depth knowledge of quality systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong project management and prioritization skills.
• Proven ability to collaborate with global teams.
• Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a global quality strategy aligned to business objectives.
• Lead deployment and continuous improvement of the global quality system.
• Define and manage a department-level quality deployment plan.
• Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to embed quality practices.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Lead customer defect tracking, containment, and corrective actions.
• Develop quality KPIs, dashboards, and data analytics.
• Strengthen supplier quality management with procurement and operations.
• Plan and support internal and external audits and verify corrective actions.
• Lead and develop quality professionals and report to senior leadership.
• Travel up to 50% of working time.
