Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
• 8+ years in a technical role designing and optimizing products and/or manufacturing processes.
• 5+ years leading quality management initiatives and cross-functional programs.
• In-depth knowledge of quality management systems and ISO 9001.
• Strong project management, prioritization, and deadline focus.
• Proven cross-functional collaboration with global teams and stakeholders.
• Excellent communication with diverse audiences and customer interaction.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a focused global quality strategy aligned to business objectives and customer expectations.
• Lead deployment and improvement of the Reliability System globally.
• Define and manage department-level quality deployment plans with targets and resources.
• Partner with Product, Engineering, Procurement, Manufacturing, and Customer Support to embed quality from design through end of life.
• Oversee ISO 9001 compliance and regulatory, industry, and customer requirements.
• Lead defect tracking, containment, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop quality KPIs, dashboards, and analytics to monitor performance and inform decisions.
• Strengthen supplier quality management with procurement and operations teams.
• Plan and support audits and close corrective actions.
• Develop quality professionals and foster accountability and continuous improvement.
• Report insights and priorities to senior leadership.
• Travel up to 50% of working time.
