Job summary

Gilbarco Veeder-Root, a Vontier company, is seeking a Technical Program Manager to lead end-to-end delivery of development programs across global teams, managing requirements, design, development, verification, and release to production.

You will coordinate across product groups and geographies, drive Agile and SAFe practices, plan program increments, manage risks, and report status to leadership while aligning with customer needs and strategic goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, Product Management, or equivalent experience managing technical Programs.
• Experience in product development or business analysis with extensive cross functional exposure.
• Experience with Agile Methodology and SAFe development framework in a milestone driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and manage multiple global projects and resources from initiation to sustainment.
• Lead engineering teams and release trains across geographies with clear requirements.
• Provide hands-on Agile program management for high-complexity programs.
• Prepare program reviews and status reports for customers and leadership.
• Collaborate with Product Management, Product Owners, Stakeholders, Customer Success, and executives.
• Support Program Increment planning to align priorities and risks and ensure realistic PI plans.
• Identify and mitigate risks across programs ensuring timely actions.
• Oversee program life cycle across development, field trials, and production.
• Manage program delivery roadmap for on-time milestones.
