Qualifications

• Previous experience in purchasing, procurement, logistics, or international imports is preferred.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• Ability to manage multiple purchase orders, shipments, and deadlines simultaneously.
• Comfortable communicating with international suppliers and external partners.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Experience with ERP, purchasing, or inventory management systems is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to learning and growth.

Responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and follow up on international purchase orders.
• Communicate with overseas suppliers about pricing, availability, and delivery.
• Monitor shipments and coordinate freight forwarders and customs brokers.
• Review and maintain purchasing, shipping, and import documentation.
• Track orders and delivery dates in company systems.
• Coordinate with Sales, Warehouse, and Accounting on inventory and status.
• Resolve purchasing discrepancies, delays, and issues.
• Maintain organized purchasing records and update internal teams.
• Support additional purchasing and logistics activities as needed.
