Securitas Security Services USA, Inc. is seeking a Field Training Officer to lead a 12-month initiative strengthening PSOC training across the account.

You will design role-based learning pathways, develop standardized content, and establish onboarding for Watch Officers and Watch Supervisors. You’ll travel up to 50% to visit sites, gather insights, measure program effectiveness, and partner with PSOC leadership and global training teams to ensure onboarding, certification, and sustainment

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree plus 3+ years of relevant experience in security operations, training, or a related field.
• Designed and delivered training in operational environments.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% and work flexible hours.
• Ability to speak, read, and write English proficiently.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and rollout of a new PSOC onboarding program for Watch Officers and Watch Supervisors.
• Visit sites, interview staff, observe operations, and run assessments to identify gaps.
• Develop blended training using LMS, in-person and virtual sessions, and performance support materials.
• Measure program effectiveness via audits and metrics and drive improvements.
• Partner with PSOC leadership and global training teams to sustain onboarding and certification.
