Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• 2+ years of security/business management experience.
• 2+ years of training experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Data center and training development experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, SharePoint, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for onboarding and sustainment training.
• Train and certify new security personnel, coordinating with Administrative Officers (AOs) on OTJ tasks as needed.
• Perform ongoing training and evaluation to maintain high security standards.
• Track training completion (production, sustainment, new site starts, performance gaps, etc.).
• Promote and prioritize safety awareness across the campus.
• Champion global and regional safety initiatives.
• Coordinate with local leadership and PMO training teams to develop and implement training plans.
• Recommend onboarding and training schedules based on staffing needs.
• Conduct recurring training audits.
• Prepare and submit critical and confidential reports to leadership.
• Maintain training and safety documentation in alignment with policies and procedures.
• Provide feedback on employee competence, compliance, and morale.
• Identify security gaps and recommend improvements.
