Job summary

Securitas Global Clients America is seeking a Field Training Officer to lead onboarding and sustainment training for a global guarding services account serving a 30+ country footprint. The role partners with site leadership to assess needs and drive safety and performance improvements across multiple campuses.

As the principal training resource, you will certify security personnel, coordinate with Administrative Officers on OTJ tasks, and maintain comprehensive training documentation in line

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree and 2+ years in security or business management.
• At least 2 years of training experience required.
• Experience with data centers and training program development preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support onboarding and sustainment training for security personnel.
• Train and certify new security staff; coordinate with Administrative Officers for OTJ tasks.
• Perform ongoing training and evaluations to maintain high security standards.
• Track training completion across production, sustainment, site starts, and gaps.
• Coordinate with local leadership and PMO to develop site training plans.
• Maintain training and safety records; provide feedback on competence and morale.
