Job summary

SCIS seeks a Training Officer to lead the development and delivery of security- officer training programs. You will manage training schedules, ensure compliance with post orders and SOPs, and coordinate materials, tests, and certifications for all personnel.

You will oversee new hire training, ongoing reinforcement sessions, and periodic inspections to ensure readiness across shifts, driving safety and regulatory compliance. Strong instructional and leadership skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Six (6) months of demonstrated, consistent and highly competent Security Officer Experience.
• Supervisory experience preferred.
• Applicable Instructor Certifications.

Responsibilities

• Instruct associates in legally mandated and company‑mandated training requirements and document compliance.
• Maintain knowledge of applicable policies and procedures.
• Administer tests, distribute manuals, and coordinate training materials.
• Maintain training records, logs, and reports to evaluate trainee progress.
• Provide training for new hires, including Company Introduction and safety training.
• Conduct monthly and annual reinforcement training for personnel.
