Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to lead the global Provider recruitment efforts and scale our international network while ensuring high quality and controlled costs. This fully remote role reports to the Senior Manager, Provider Recruiting and requires minimal travel.

• Minimum 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• At least 2+ years in a supervisory/managerial role.
• Experience hiring healthcare/providers internationally.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global Provider recruitment aligned with launches and demand.
• Collaborate with legal counsel, credentialing, analytics, CS, and operations.
• Scale international provider network with focus on quality and continuity of care.
• Oversee recruiter capacity and pipelines across international markets.
• Implement AI tools and automated workflows across recruiting lifecycle.
