Job summary

Spring Health is seeking a Manager, Provider Recruiting to scale our global provider network and maintain high quality care while keeping cost in check. This fully remote role collaborates with international teams across regulations, translation, and time zones.

You’ll lead end-to-end recruitment, deploy AI-enabled workflows, mentor recruiters, and drive metrics across markets to support launches and sustained growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience hiring healthcare providers internationally.
• Proven ability to lead high-volume recruiting programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end global provider recruitment to support launches.
• Partner with legal, credentialing, analytics, CS, and ops to execute compliant recruiting strategies.
• Coach and develop recruiters; manage pipelines across markets.
• Implement AI tools to draft SOPs and optimize candidate communications.
• Ensure compliance and credentialing handoffs.
