Spring Health is hiring a Manager, Provider Recruiting to lead strategic recruitment for a domestic provider network. This fully remote role partners with analytics, customer success, and implementation teams to scale cost-effective staffing for new launches and ongoing demand.

You will oversee pipelines, coach recruiters, and drive high-throughput hiring across geographies, ensuring compliance and quality across the network.

Formación

• 5+ years in talent acquisition with 2+ years in a supervisory role.
• Proven recruiting in high-volume healthcare/provider settings.
• Experience implementing AI in recruiting workflows to draft SOPs and scale throughput.
• Strong analytics to translate recruiting metrics into actionable insights.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, fully remote environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage end-to-end provider recruitment to meet forecasted demand and launches.
• Balance competing priorities with guidance from senior leadership.
• Collaborate with Analytics, Customer Success, and Implementation teams to align capacity with client needs.
• Scale provider network coverage focusing on quality and continuity of care.
• Oversee sourcing, candidate pipelines, and recruiter capacity for target geographies and specialties.
• Implement AI tools and automated workflows across recruiting lifecycle.
• Improve routing and cycle times to reduce handle time and bottlenecks.
• Coach, develop, and mentor team members to high execution standards.
• Ensure strict compliance, quality standards, and credentialing handoff protocols.
