Job summary

Stellantis NV is seeking a Core Quality Manager for Transmission and Driveline to ensure deployment of Quality policies and achievement of product quality targets from development to mass production across Transmission, Driveline, and Electric Drive Systems.

You will lead global efforts to define and improve propulsion processes, track KPIs during development, and coordinate with a worldwide team to address field concerns and ensure lessons learned are shared across programs and regions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of automotive experience with knowledge of propulsion systems in product development or manufacturing or quality.
• Demonstrated knowledge and application of quality tools, methods, processes to drive continuous product improvements in the automotive industry
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills (e.g. Shainin Red X, Lean, DFSS)
• Ability to work under pressure, stay organized and continuously meet deadlines
• Excellent communication skills with professional and positive attitude, ability to lead and work with a global development team
• Ability to present to global executive team
• Strong proficiency using Microsoft Office applications
• Domestic and international travel possible

Responsibilities

• Lead quality design for development and production of transmissions, driveline and EDS.
• Drive global propulsion processes improvements.
• Oversee KPI tracking and reporting during projects.
• Capture and share lessons learned across programs and regions.
• Manage systemic quality improvements for propulsion interactions.
• Lead deep-dive engineering analyses to address field concerns.
• Manage risks and issues to closure.
• Interface with Quality for warranty items and issues.
• Organize and lead internal and external project team meetings.
• Regular reporting to propulsion systems and quality management.
