Job summary

Stellantis is hiring a Project Quality Manager - PRS System (PQM) to lead quality across propulsion program lifecycles. The role sits at the intersection of Program Management and Quality, driving execution of quality plans, risk management, and customer satisfaction throughout the program lifecycle.

You will influence engineering, manufacturing, and suppliers, ensuring timely deliveries, data-driven decisions, and well-coordinated quality milestones from concept through post-SOP phases.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent technical degree.
• 5+ years of experience in Project/Program Management related to quality in automotive.
• Strong knowledge of program management disciplines (timing, risk management, milestone governance).
• Proficiency with quality tools, methodologies, and customer claim management.

Responsibilities

• Act as the Quality lead within the Program Management structure, aligning quality deliverables with program timing, cost, and scope objectives.
• Lead cross-functional program reviews and ensure quality risks, issues, and actions are clearly defined and tracked.
• Define and implement the quality plan across the full program lifecycle.
• Ensure integration of APQP/PPAP deliverables from sub-system to system level.
• Prepare program-level quality reporting including KPIs, risk status, and action plans.
