Job summary

Stellantis in Auburn Hills, MI seeks a Propulsion HVAC & Engine Systems Family Manager to ensure global coherence and coordination across modules, platforms, and programs for HVAC and engine systems, while reporting program status to senior leadership.

You will lead design modifications, packaging, readiness at milestones, risk analysis, test plans, and cost convergence, collaborate with manufacturing, and drive lessons learned across regions to meet cost, quality, and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 10 years in a related field with automotive experience.
• Familiarity with automotive engine design, components, and testing.
• Strong interpersonal communication and leadership with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to handle cost, schedule, and performance targets across programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global coherence across modules, platforms, and programs.
• Monitor unit-level activities: design changes, packaging, readiness at milestones.
• Lead risk analysis, test planning, sourcing, and cost convergence.
• Manage safety and durability studies and collaboration with manufacturing.
• Develop responses to investigations and ensure lessons learned are captured.
